“My particular strengths as a coach and enabler derive from my diverse training across education, supervision, tutoring, appraisal and psychotherapy.
I have an activist-pragmatist approach, a good sense of humour and an optimistic outlook. I’ve also had a range of challenging life experiences, where my own coaching has developed my capacity to be resilient and compassionate, and fostered my interest in working with transitions at many different stages.
I believe that coaching helps us to more clearly focus on our choices and actions, so that we can use our emotional intelligence to enhance our life progression and the quality of our experience at home and at work.”
